Grand Mouffe Tarkin was an Aquilaen religious figure from the early Star Wars Multiverse. He had a seat on the High Council of Aquilae.

- This Tarkin has almost nothing to do with Grand Moff Tarkin, a later variant of him that became much more prevalent in the Multiverse.
- Two of the biggest differences were that Tarkin had absolutely nothing to do with the early Darth Vader, nor was he in anyway involved with the version of the Death Star native to his home reality.
