Zaktan was a Skakdi criminal and terrorist from the Bionicle Multiverse. Leader and founder of the Piraka, the Skakdi of Air was a former Dark Hunter, along with the rest of his gang.
Spending his early life as a slave in a Protodermis mine on Zakaz, he was found by The Shadowed One, who could see the pure hatred and evil within him. Freeing him The Shadowed One brought him back to Odina to begin his life as a Dark Hunter.
He was perhaps the most prominent user of the Three-Bladed Scissor.
