Jimmy Hendricks was a Human drug pusher from an Undefined Multiverse. He was part of a drug dealing operation that proved quite troublesome, enough for Joe Friday to have to go under cover to deal with it.
After some investigation, Friday was told that Hendricks could hook him up to all kinds of various drugs, and sought him out. Friday then worked his way up to the top of the organization, and called in the police.
Without evidence, it was almost futile, but Hendricks was angered by his boss, and ratted out the location of the drugs.
