Bart Simpson was a ruthless Human child, one who had muscled his way up through the ranks of the Springfield Mafia, and supplanted its leader, Fat Tony, by the age of ten.
He regularly terrorized his fellow members of the mob, including Fat Tony and his lover, to the point that people were frightened to be in the same room as him.
Eventually, he tired of being controlled by his school principal, Skinner, and forced Fat Tony to aid in his kidnapping. Bart gloated to Skinner that he planned on murdering him, and when Skinner spat in his face, Bart gunned him down in cold blood.
